Gregg Hill Farmhouse Estate Sale

Past event
Sep 8, 2018, 10 AM to 3 PM

Hello,

I am hosting an estate sale on Saturday, Sept 8th from 10am-3pm at 2340 Gregg Hill Rd, Waterbury Center! The house was owned by a famous Vermont realtor, who left all of his possessions in this beautiful farmhouse, circa 1825. All items can be assumed to be in great condition unless otherwise noted. Some photos: https://vermont.craigslist.org/gms/6688525267.html

The estate sale will have many antiques and vintage items for sale other than what I post- I am just listing the largest and most valuable pieces. The prices listed are best offer and are based on researching other items that I've seen for sale. If you have in depth knowledge about an items value, please let me know. All items are first come first serve, however if we agree on a price before the estate sale begins, then I will hold the item for you to pick up between 9-11am on the 8th, unless you put a deposit down and then I'm flexible with pickup days!

1-3PM 20% SALE: From 1-3pm on Saturday, all listed prices on items will drop by 20% to stir up sales on any slow moving items. Cash preferred but Venmo/PayPal may be accepted. Please keep in mind- I am listing approximately 40-60 items. I'm only able to respond to emails- otherwise I would be on the phone all day for Craigslist (and I have a full time job!). I will do my best to respond to all solid offers, however please do not be offended if I am overwhelmed with emails and do not respond. If this is the case, please just show up to the estate sale!

NOTE: 2340 Gregg Hill Rd is the red farmhouse shown in the photo. It is across the street from "Branbury Crossing off of Gregg Hill". Please park on the street, north of the house because the hill to the south of the house will obstruct the view of oncoming drivers. I will be selling copies of the previous owners autobiography at a large discount, "Confessions of a Vermont Realtor", which is an excellent book about his life and escapades as an actor, musician, and real estate agent who was a large part of the development of Stowe.

Thank you,
Andy
