Join Jen Mathews as she invites you to stretch your imagination beyond conventional views of joy and suffering, beyond humor and seriousness, and beyond the habitual patterns of your minds. There is no need to feel happy or even be in the mood to laugh in order to attend. Come as you are. No sense of humor required : )

Jen is a certified Laughter Yoga teacher who also organizes and facilitates conversations on death and dying. She's hosted screenings and led discussion for the award-winning film Death Makes Life Possible with over 1,000 people across the US, as well as in the UK and Ireland. Jen is one of the founders of the Ashland Death Cafe and the Living/Dying Alliance of Southern Oregon. She lives in Mt. Shasta CA and had called Vermont home for many years.

Thank you for considering joining us! And thanks for forwarding this email along to those who may be interested and benefit from exploring inner joy, living, and dying in this unique way.

Smiles,
Jen Mathews
