Due to popular interest Vermont biodynamic farmer, scholar, and food activist Doug Flack returns for an energizing and informative workshop on practical ways to include healthy fats in our diet. The workshop will feature demonstrations and food samples with recipes as well as information about local sources of healthy pastured animal and plant fats for the whole family.
