Burr Morse will be reading from his writings
here in Calais at the Old West Church

along with poet Angela Patten
for the kick-off reading
in this year's WORDS OUT LOUD reading series.

Burr's books include "Sugar Words: Musings from an Old Vermont," "Golden Times: Tales through the Sugarhouse Window," and "Sweet Days & Beyond". Among many other roles, he is the c-owner, with his wife Betsy and son Tom, of Morse Farm Maple Sugarworks, and he is a regular contributor to The Commentary Section of the Times Argus.
