"New Music Uncaged" - Join us for a free outdoor community concert for the Sept. 7th Montpelier ArtWalk!

Members of the Monteverdi faculty and other local musicians will be performing new music by 21st-Century composers, including Central Vermont's own Michael Close. The concert will take place in the courtyard of the Montpelier Senior Activity Center on Barre St. in Montpelier. Don't miss this family-friendly awesome live music event during ArtWalk, and while you are at it, be sure to visit the art shows at the Center for Arts & Learning and Montpelier Senior Activity Center!

Abundant Silence is a nonprofit new music organization that helps support the work of living composers. This event is free but donations will be gratefully accepted to help support the musicians and composers.
