LandARTLab, an outdoor exhibition of site-specific work by 17 artists, will hold its opening event from 4-7 pm at King Farm, Woodstock, on August 25. Curated by Jay Mead with assistance from Meg Brazill, LandARTLab is an extension of SculptureFest; the two sites are connected by a walking trail. Bring a picnic! The event is free and open to all.
This year's LandARTLab opening is preceded by the Woodstock History Center's "Excursion to King Farm," from 1-3 pm, with food, music, art, hiking and more. The Bobs will be playing music from 2-4 pm. LandARTLab is open dawn to dusk through November. Parking: King Farm, 128 King Farm Road (just off Rose Hill). Note: no parking on Prosper Road.
