A few years ago I was 60lbs heavier than I am today. Through trial and error (and losing weight and gaining it back plus some) I discovered a method of weight loss that not only led to my success but allowed me to keep it off. I am continuing to lose weight and now I’m extremely fit, having participated in back-to-back marathons this past year. I am passionate and excited about wellness and am now excited to help others achieve the same successes that I have.

I have partnered with a few wellness professionals to put together a wellness program that you’re not going to want to miss! The 12 week program consists of everything you need to lose weight and become fit. You will experience 12 weekly classes designed by experts to teach you about proper nutrition, exercise that fits into your lifestyle, and in depth introspection on emotional and financial wellness. There will also be locally renowned speakers on health, nutrition and wellness. The lifelong eating methods you will learn in this program will help turn your body into a fat burning machine. The program includes supplement options that have been endorsed by Chris Powell. If you have struggled with dieting and want something more, this may be the program for you.
