Fayston is hosting a Public Informational Meeting on P.A.C.E. (Property-Assessed Clean Energy)
PACE is an Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy financing option for Mad River Valley homeowners through town property assessment. Currently 45 other Vermont towns have elected to adopt this program with more towns voting on it this coming Town Meeting.
Held in Fayston Town Hall’s Community Room (866 N. Fayston Rd.)

The PACE program is a way for homeowners to finance Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy Improvements by borrowing money and tying the payments to a property rather than the owner. PACE financing payments can be transferred to a new homeowner at any time, including before the assessment has been paid off.
