"We are in community each time we find a place where we belong. . . To belong is to know, even in the middle of the night, that I am among friends. . . . 'Belong' also has to do with ownership: something 'belongs' to me. To belong to a community is to act as a creator and co-owner of that community." - Peter Block in Community: the Structure of Belonging

Join us for Theology on Tap. The topic this month is COMMUNITY. How do you define 'community?' How do you know it when you see it?

Thursday, August 16, at the Highland Lodge, 5-6:30pm. Pick up your beverage inside and join us at the picnic tables out back! Kim Larose, Debbie McKinley and Ed Sunday-Winters will facilitate the discussion. Come meet some great people and talk together about an important topic for these times.
