Wagyu Q&A

Past event
Aug 16, 2018, 10 AM to 12 PM

Come down to our barn in Craftsbury village at 201 Black River Rd. for an informal discussion on the Wagyu beef, Kobe beef, American style-Kobe, Wangus and what this all means!!

There has been a lot of bad press and misinformation surrounding the Wagyu breed in the US. Come bring your best beef questions and learn a little bit more about the history, quirks, challenges and benefits of this unique breed. We will cover everything from breeding to how best to prepare a wagyu steak. I'll explain a little bit about how we are using Wagyu in our operation and what we hope to achieve. If you are interested in animal husbandry, or are coming from a culinary stand-point I hope you will leave enlightened!

Our friendly steers will be on hand to speak for themselves, also there will be light refreshments and beef for sampling!

Event is free, tips accepted but not expected.
