Attention Realtors, landlords, town officials, and property managers! Are you familiar with Fair Housing laws? Brush up on your knowledge, or learn more at the Fair Housing: Myth vs. Reality course hosted by Lamoille Area Board of Realtors and Lamoille Housing Partnership.

Topics include:
- Understanding the history of Fair Housing
- Reviewing Fair Housing rules currently in place
- Understanding of ramifications if Fair Housing is not recognized
- Preparing attendees to navigate the risks of the Fair Housing Act
- Preparing attendees for how to help those in Federally Protected Classes

The course is taught by Rhonda Ivey-Lentini, a professional Real Estate Agent for over 33 years.
