Are you are a parent of a teenage, trying to navigate the world of technology?

Consider attending TALKING TECH. A free and open to the public group for parents looking for honest discussions on how to manage technology use in their homes. The group will meet three times and will be facilitated by two CSAC therapists with adolescent and familiy expertise. Discussions will include developing healthy management strategies for social media, cell phones, gaming, and general internet use.

The group will meet on August 14th, 28th, and September 11th, from 4:30 pm – 6 pm at the Counseling Service of Addison County located at 67 Catamount Park in Middlebury, Vermont.
