The Introduction offers a simple yet profound daily practice that is free, easy to learn and apply. The Introduction takes place in your heart, so come with an open heart. We meet downstairs in the Catamount Arts Cabaret Room. We will also watch part of a video clip about Bruno Groening's Teaching and how people benefit from it. The Bruno Groening Circle of Friends is supported by a Medical Scientific Group of doctors and healing practitioners as well as thousands of volunteer Friends of Bruno Groening.
