We are pleased to offer our comprehensive - and inspiring! - CORE Barre Training Course to anyone interested in deepening their own practice and/or knowledge about Barre Fitness and it's health & well-being benefits, with the potential of becoming a Barre Teacher. Using a manual complete with information on formatting, exercises, cueing, use of music and building playlists to teach a group Barre workouts - along with Anatomy for Barre Training with Maura Guyer, Owner and Physical Therapist at Momentum Physical Therapy - this 12 hour course will share the tools (along with a 12 class package!) that could lead one to become an influential & informed Barre leader.
