Thus Thursday, we will be having our monthly Sr Lunch at Libanus Lodge on the corner of North and Elm Streets at noon. We will be serving our traditional picnic lunch with hot dogs and hamburgers with homemade baked beans, fresh pickled beets (which were generously donated by Kathy Tierney's daughter-in-law, Cathy Wells of Unity Farm in Charlotte. We will also have a fresh tomato and cucumber salad. Lisa Ward will be making another one of her most excellent desserts and Eric mom, Mary Bingham will be bringing in her homemade donuts at 11:00, so come early and get a good seat and have some nice conversations with your friends and neighbors.
