See the documentary film about pioneering US Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, "RBG," and meet Ruth Hardy, candidate for VT State Senate representing Addison County (http://ruthforvermont.com ).

Middlebury's Marquis Theater will show four screenings of "RBG" on one day only - Wednesday, August 8th - at 12:30, 3:00, 6:00, 8:30. At 7:30, between the evening screenings, Ruth Hardy's campaign will host a meet-the-candidate event at the Marquis Cafe. Ruth will talk about why she's running for VT senate and how pioneering women like Ruth Bader Ginsburg have inspired her to speak truth to power and work for gender equality.

Enjoy some free nachos and a cash bar, meet Ruth, and share your hopes and dreams for Vermont's future. We're excited to host a campaign event in conjunction with the showing of RBG because we have has long been inspired by Justice Ginsburg's work ethic, intellect, and powerful opinions on behalf of equality in the United States.
