The Green River Village Preservation Trust invites you to a presentation and historic walking tour of Green River Village, in Guilford VT, on Saturday, August 04, (10-2:00pm). The event is free and will be held rain or shine. Meet at the Green River Church at 10:00am for an introductory presentation and light refreshments. Following the presentation, we will form smaller groups for a historic walking tour of the Village including its many historic houses (external views), the covered bridge and the iconic crib dam. There will also be a conservation walk through Sheppie's meadow.
