FOR ALL WHO LOVE TO SING!

Past event
Mar 8, 2014, 2 to 4 PM

On Saturday March 8, famed Vermont choral conductor Emory Fanning will return to First Light Studios! From 2-4 PM he will conduct us in singing Schubert's Mass in G, Brahms' "How Lovely is Thy Dwelling Place", and Lutkin's "The Lord Bless You and Keep You".

Emory Fanning is the Middlebury College Organist and conducted the Middlebury College Choir for nearly 4 decades. A charismatic conductor, Fanning is known for his indescribably beautiful interpretations of the classical choral repertoire. Marta Borgstrom will accompany the singers.

As those of you who attended Fanning's First Light workshop last year know, this is a WONDERFUL opportunity for joyous music-making! All are welcome. Cost is $10 per person, which includes light refreshments.

This workshop is limited to 32 people. As this event will likely sell-out, ASAP pre-registration is strongly encouraged:
1) Email me with your intention and vocal part (Sop/Alto/Ten/Bass)
2) Send your $10 check made out to First Light Studios, 34a Pleasant Street, Randolph, Vermont 05060.

Thanks very much!
