(Hannaford): Revision of the Commerce Park subdivision approval to modify the building envelope, and site plan review for a proposed 36,000 square foot grocery store on a 4.8-acre undeveloped parcel (lot#15) located on the south side of Commerce Street in the Commercial Zoning District. Hearing continued from 4/17/18, 5/15/18, 6/5/18, and 7/3/18.

 Decision Deliberation: Frost Beer Works – Conditional use review for the addition of restaurant/food truck use to the business located at 171 Commerce Street. Hearing closed on 7/17/18.
