The next South Royalton Town Band Concert is Thursday August 2 at 7 P.M. at the Richard W. Ellis Bandstand, on the Green in South Royalton. Music selections include marches, show tunes, popular compositions, Dixie land, jazz, and other genres as well as showcasing pieces that feature the flute, piccolo, trombone and more. Rain site will be the Red Door Church (United Church) directly across the street from the bandstand.

Then on Sunday, August 5th, at 2 PM we welcome The Green Mountain Brass Band at the Richard W. Ellis Bandstand, on the Green in South Royalton. The Green Mountain Brass Band is a traditional band. It brings together some of the finest brass and percussion musicians in the State of Vermont. It performs concerts of traditional and popular music at bandstands, churches, and opera houses. The brass instruments include Cornets, Flugel Horns, Baritones, Trombones, Euphoniums, & Basses. The Percussion instruments include the Drum Set, Bells, Tympani, and many more. This is a free event. Rain site will be the Red Door Church (United Church) directly across the street from the bandstand.
