On Aug 11, the Point to Point, Powered by VSECU, formerly held at Harpoon Brewery in Windsor, will be hosted at Ascutney Trails. This event is a major benefit for Vermont Foodbank, helping to fight hunger in Vermont.

There are several road cycling, mountain biking, and trail running segments to the event, all of which will be based next to the new Ascutney Outdoors Center and main parking lot on Ski Tow Rd.

While the mountain biking and trail running segments will be mainly kept off the roads, Windsor PD will be managing traffic to accommodate road cycling rides in the morning. During the day, cyclists will return to same starting area to enjoy a post-ride BBQ at the base of the ski slopes.
