We had so much fun at the July gleaning hanging out at the tent in the parking lot sampling amazing food made with the available produce. Gleaning is the gathering of extra crops from the fields after the harvest. Gleaning helps keep fresh, wholesome food in our community and supports a healthy food system. Come pick up and taste freshly picked free vegetables from local farms and sample a recipe. Counts as a WIC required nutrition education activity. Open to all WIC families.
Dates: Thursday's August 2nd, September 13th, October 11th, and November 8th at the WIC office on 63 Professional Lane in Morrisville
