The Vergennes Area Lions Club is seeking donations of select furniture in good condition, antiques, and other household items or tools for their Annual Charity Auction to be held Wednesday, August 1st, 2018 at St Peter's Parish Hall, 85 South Maple Street, Vergennes. The auction begins at 6pm with a preview at 5pm. For pickup on afternoon of Tuesday July 31st, please call Jim at 545-8181 or Kathy at 373-4180. Come to the auction and see what we have. Many, many gift certificates from local vendors, furniture, antiques, dollar/white elephant table and a food concession on site. Come and have some fun for the evening and help support one of the major fundraising events for the local Lions Club. The Lions Club is the largest service organization in the world, and all money raised is returned to local area non-profit organizations.
