The Craftsbury Chamber Players will perform the fourth of their summer concerts this Wednesday August 1st at 7:30pm at the Elley-Long Music Center, St. Michael's College (Fort Ethan Allen Campus) with a pre-concert talk at 6:45 pm. It includes music of great character from different eras all in the keys of C Major, and minor, the former, innocent and completely pure and full of imagination, and the latter,, innocent but languishing, longing and sighing. The pieces include Boccherini's Trio in C Major for 2 violins and cello, Grieg's Sonata #3 in c minor for violin and piano, and Mozart's Trio in C Major for violin, cello and piano Tickets are $25, $10 for students and free for children under 13. There is a free mini-concert at 4pm for children and families. All Chittenden County public libraries have free tickets for the evening concerts which can be checked out for the evening.
