We're kicking off Mad River Taste week on Saturday August 4th with a pig roast feast featuring dishes highlighting local farms and food producers! Babette's Table and Mad River Food Hub are collaborating to spit-roast a whole Von Trapp Farmstead pig, deboned and stuffed as our take on an Italian Porchetta.

We'll also be serving up plenty of delicious side dishes made by our friends at the Canteen Creemee, and ice cream sandwiches from the Sweet Spot. There will be a cash bar featuring cocktails from Mad River Distillers and beer from Lawson's Finest Liquids! Rob Williams will be handling our musical entertainment for the evening! This is a family friendly event and guaranteed to be a lot of fun! Taking place on the Mad River Green (where the Saturday Farmer's Market happens) the rain location will be the Mad River Taste Place.
