The Yoga of Well-being: Nourished

Hi. There are still a few openings in Wednesday's "Yoga of Well-being: Nourished" class at CVU's ACCESS program. This is a great introduction to eating mindfully in a way that supports your own unique nature and constitution. You can register with CVU ACCESS. Here is the description:
Wednesday 5:30-7:00 p.m. 1 week Starts February 12
This 3-class series draws on the wisdom and science of Yoga, a time tested system for personal development, right action and health. Each class includes lecture, discussion and simple Yoga postures and techniques. $20 for 1 class. Save $5 if taking 2 or more. $35 for 2, $55 for all 3. Classes are appropriate for all levels of fitness and ability - including beginners

NOURISHED: This is the first class in the Yoga for Well-Being series. One size does not fit all. Learn how to eat for your unique type. Learn how to understand cravings rather than fighting them. Our Yoga practice will include postures and breathing to assist digestion and encourage mindful eating.
