Monet in a Day Instructor: Tad Spurgeon
This class focuses on learning the colour mixing principle of Impressionism, simultaneous contrast, in the manner made famous by Monet. Students will be given the materials necessary to make a 11x15 Impressionist style painting using the same pigments Monet used, and can either bring a Monet reproduction from which to work, or choose one before class from the school's large inventory. All materials will be provided. Drawing experience is recommended, painting experience helpful.
