Spend A Special Evening with Mozart
It's one week to go for the second of the intimate Mozart Chamber Concerts put on by Mel Kaplan of Charlotte. Next Friday's performance (Aug 3), will feature the very popular flutist Jennifer Grim in three Mozart Flute quartets. This concert, starting at 7:30pm, will be held in the beautiful home of Bill Racolin and Alison Williams at 724 Lake Road in Charlotte. Seating is limited to 35 as this concert will be in their large living room. There's absolutely no better way to hear chamber music than in such an intimate setting surrounded by friends.
A last concert, at the Shelburne Vineyard on August 10th, will be composed of three Mozart quintets, one each, featuring an oboe, a clarinet and a French horn. Top-quality players drawn from a wide circle of musical talent will play these quintets. This concert will be held in the music space at the Vineyard and will also feature a wine tasting.
Because of the limited seating, persons wishing to attend are urged to buy their tickets soon. Tickets for each of the two concerts are $50 or both for $75. Tickets are available through PayPal at melvinkaplan29@gmail.com to set up a payment arrangement and reserve your tickets.
