Community College of Vermont (CCV)-Upper Valley invites the public to an open house and panel discussion about its Assessment of Prior Learning (APL) program. Recognizing that college-level learning can occur in a variety of settings including work, the military and other activities, this Vermont State Colleges System program offers "Credit for What You Know" by allowing students to earn college credits for prior learning. It's a valuable opportunity for individuals with significant experience but no college degree.
Join us on August 2 to learn more about the powerful role APL plays in advancing educational and career goals. A panel of APL alumni will share their experiences and answer questions. Light refreshments will be provided. This event is free and open to the public.
