Lt. Governor Zuckerman is hosting a monthly movie series at the Vermont Farmers Food Center (winter farmers market) this Thursday, July, 26 at 6:30

July's movie is SEED: The Untold Story. In the last century, 94% of our seed varieties have disappeared. SEED: The Untold Story follows passionate seed keepers protecting our 12,000 year-old food legacy. In a harrowing and heartening story, these heroes rekindle a lost connection to our most treasured resource and revive a culture connected to seeds.

In a panel discussion following the movie, Lt. Governor Zuckerman, local farmers, and legislators will talk about their connection to seeds and share thoughts about the movie. Questions and comments from the audience are most welcome. RSVP at https://www.facebook.com/events/1854807084823746/ or megan.polyte@vermont.gov
