Please join us and learn more about the Proposal for a New Town Hall using both new modular construction combined with restoration and preservation of Historical One Room Schoolhouse #8.
This Proposal Seeks to Address the Following Needs:
• Creation of More Space
• Healthier Work Environment
• Utilizes Town Owned Land
• Preserves and Restores a Very Important Historical Asset
• Helps to keep Building Cost Down
• Creation of a Pownal History Center to Attract Visitors & Residents Alike
• Stop the High Maintenance Costs for Current Town Office
• Provides an Opportunity for the Town to Unite over this Project
