Come and learn from the captivating master butcher and author of The Gourmet Butcher's Guide to Meat, Cole Ward, as he cuts and processes an entire pig. Participants will: Become better shoppers; Gain a further understanding of different cuts of meat--what they are and how they are made; Learn tips on raising pigs to get the best quality of meat; Hear cooking recommendations of certain meat cuts; Taste Different sausages; Get hands on practice; Take home meat to enjoy!
$250 for both workshops OR $150 for one workshop
