Tyler Wren, owner and operator of Wrenegade Sports Bicycle Tours attended the G.I. Selectboard meeting on July 16 to talk about the bike tour his organization is holding in the Islands this weekend. Sunday is the bike ride starting at 8:30am going into late afternoon with four groups. Starting at Snow Farm Vineyards going on West Shore Road, Route 2 and several back roads in Grand Isle and South Hero. The two longest routes are going to pass through Grand Isle and over the drawbridge to Alburgh. The bikers will be stopping from farm to farm supporting all these farms as well as CIDER, Island Arts and several other organizations.
Look for Wrenegade Sports Bicycle Tour signs on the roadsides.
