The American Red Cross blood supply is extremely low right now & has been for months! Please consider scheduling an appointment to donate VERY SOON at a local drive at www.RedCrossBlood.org or by using your app (don't forget - you can avoid all of the reading at the drive by using RapidPass) and then mark the NEXT donation date of 28 September at the Argyle United Methodist Church!! :)

Yup... we're hosting another drive then from 1P - 6P and I hope to have some homemade baked goods on the table for snacking on when you're done! Might even have some extras for purchase to help defray some expenses that a couple of our members have recently suffered due to illnesses! (Yes, I'll ask Sybil to donate at least one pie!!)

Remember to keep hydrated & eat plenty of protein for days before your scheduled donation so you have the most successful blood draw and if you're type O, A- or B- maybe you could be a Power Red donor?!
