Welcome to the Vermont Senior Games weightlifting competition! If you are age 50+ and have a spirit of competition after this long Winter of working out at your local gym, join us on Saturday, March 8, 2014 for the VSGA State weightlifting competition at Perkins Fitness in S. Burlington. This event is open to both men and women (separated by age and weight categories). Based on last year’s feedback, it will be a lot of fun!
