Howdy neighbors,

There are a bunch of great activities and events going on at Bolton Valley tomorrow (7/19), and I just wanted to let everyone know about them.

The weekly Beer Pairing Pop-Up event is happening from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm in the Village Cafe. This week features beers from Burlington Beer Co. paired with a unique menu. Check out Bolton's Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter to see the full menu.

The second round of the Suffer Fest Gravel Grinder kicks off at 5:30 pm. If you're unfamiliar, the Suffer Fest is a grueling uphill climb from the sugar shack on the Bolton Access Rd. to the top of the mountain. It is open to bikers and runners, and last week a runner took home the fastest time by almost 5 minutes. If you think you have what it takes to beat the record, bring it home for the bikers, or you just want to challenge yourself, come check it out.

The Mountain Wellness Center is hosting weekly vinyasa yoga from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. It's a great way to build strength, flexibility, and muscle tone, and the class will incorporate a balanced flow of postures that align the structure of the body and condition every major muscle group. The class costs $12.

Last but certainly not least, the Thursday Disc Golf Doubles League tees off at 6:00 pm on the 18-hole Vista Beast course. The entry fee is $7 per event for members, $10 for non-members with $7 from every entry go back to a cash prize for the first place with second place taking home $14. Participants receive a raffle ticket for every event that they play for entry into a raffle at the Fall Classy Classic held in October, and they receive 10% off the Burlington Beer Co. pairing in the Village Cafe.

Hope to see you there.
