Join Ana del Rosal and Anna Nasset at the new Mountain Rose Integrated Wellness Center on July 31st for an evening of gentle, all level, yoga with Ana. Followed by a short talk with Anna Nasset about Victims Rights and Services and how they have been an important part of her life. Afterwards we will engage in guided conversation while we enjoy appetizers and wine.
