Andric Severance is a major talent on the keyboards, and when he plays with his Latin jazz band, they weld progressive rhythms and arrangements. With a band made-up of the “veritable who’s who of local Latin-jazz talent,” the Andric Severance Quartet perform a fiery stew of jazz featuring melodies and rhythms influenced by a variety of sources from Afro-Cuba and Brazil to traditional Latin American music. The Andric Severance Quartet bring a diverse repertoire of original and highly creative music to the Vermont jazz scene.
