This workshop will teach participants exciting, palatable ways to add insect protein to their diets. From whole insects as ingredients to cricket pancake mix, the outcomes of this experiential food event will be a delicious tasting and the preparedness to comfortably use insects in your own culinary creations. Insect-infused delicacies will be served and participants are invited to bring wine to accompany the snacks! Pre-registration is required.
Fee: $20 members, $25 nonmembers
North Branch Nature Center, 713 Elm Street, Montpelier.
