Restorative Circles are a community process that consists of a group of 3-4 trained volunteers who work with an offender (Responsible Party) short term. The objective of this process is to give the opportunity for all parties to tell their stories in order to help the Responsible Party move past their label and towards their goal. The Circle Process includes:

* Establishing a goal and building a working plan using SMART goals
* Learning about the impact that the crime has had on the victim and community
* Making amends to the victim and community
* Reintegrating into the community
* Learning ways to avoid re-offense
