Maximum Maple Overload Cooking Class
This class is a fundraiser for Slow Food Vermont, a fantastic network of people who support Good, Clean and Fair access to our food systems. All profits are going directly to our local chapter. If you are a Slow Food Vermont member you will receive a $5 in-hand discount in class.
We’ll be eating and drinking our way through some classic and new maple dishes.
Maple Soda – maple water, syrup, and lots of froth
Sugar on Snow…and in a birch cone – a classic two ways
Eggs in Syrup – simple and delish with a couple of maple straws
Maple Baked Cheese with Roasted Nuts – VT cheese with warm maple taffy
