Visit the market this Wednesday between 3 and 5 PM for a drop-in cooking demo & tasting featuring tasty summer salads, and killer dressings featuring seasonal ingredients from Island farmers. And, for kids we'll have tastings of fresh summer veggies with dip!

Each Wednesday from July 11 through August 22, South Hero Land Trust will be at the market doing interactive cooking demos, tastings and other fun activities for all ages. We'll be joined by local home cooks and chefs who will demonstrate family friendly recipes that are delicious for kids and adults using fresh, seasonal ingredients from market vendors. Market-goers will get to taste the recipes, and take the recipe card with them as they shop for ingredients at the market. Hope to see you there!
