Join the Central Vermont Runners at their next event this coming Saturday. The Bear Swamp Run begins and ends at the Rumney School in Middlesex. It is a 5.7-mile loop run on dirt roads that finishes with a gradual but fast descent. Register on race day – FOR ONLY $5 - at the Rumney School, 433 Shady Rill, Middlesex from 8:00-8:45 am.
