Tracy Winn, fiction writer and author of MRS. SOMEBODY SOMEBODY, and poet Florence Fogelin, author of ONCE IT STOPS, will read on Sunday in Rochester at the Big Town Gallery. The event is free and open to the public. Doors open at 5 PM. Tracy will be reading from a story, which takes place during Irene in a fictional plywood factory something like the one in Hancock. The story builds, along with the storm, from the quiet reflections of an older father trying to avoid a particular memory of loss, to a confrontation with a mysterious intruder hiding in the mill, while the water rises.
