On July 8 from 12-1 pm, we'll hold a discussion focused on labor issues, using the Vermont Reads book, "Bread and Roses, Too" by Vermont author Katherine Paterson as a touchstone. This will be a structured discussion in a safe and enjoyable small group facilitated by Rev. Mellen Kennedy.

Free copies of the book will be available thanks to Vermont Humanities Council. Free and open to the public. Co-sponsored by Springfield Town Library, Springfield Food Co-op, Tree Farm Campground and CASP (Community Asylum Seekers Project).
