Coffeehouse chess is fun if you don't take it too seriously. It is a social game, not just intellectual combat.

At Carol's this Sunday, between 2:00 and 4:30, I'll be providing chess equipment for use by the players, and I'll give away four rollup chessboards; I have four board sizes available.

Come join the chess party! Carol's Hungry Mind Cafe is at 24 Merchants Row in downtown Middlebury.
