What to do with those old plaid shirts with great memories attached to them? Make them into glorious quilts!

Nancy Poitras of Magical Plaid Woods will be bringing several quilts she has made using flannel shirts and other fabrics to the Jeudevine Library in Hardwick on Wed. July 25 at 7pm. She will talk about the process in a "show and tell" of quilt making. She will show finished quilts as well as works-in-progress. Poitras has been sewing and quilting since she was very young and for the past ten years has been using almost all vintage and reclaimed fabrics for her projects.
