Do you want to reduce the stress associated with the college application? There's still time to sign up for Sugar Maple College Consulting's Essay Boot Camp. Held on three consecutive afternoons, this workshop will help you craft the "big essay", considered by admissions counselors to be a critical part of the application. With a maximum of just five students per session, participants will get the individualized support needed to complete their best essay, one that will differentiate them from the crowd. Penny Klein, an English teacher, high school counselor and now an educational consultant, will:
- Provide sample essays
- Brainstorm topics
- Help you identify your unique writing voice
- Demonstrate how to edit, re-edit and edit again ;-)
