There is an American Red Cross Blood Drive on July 23rd from 1 PM – 6 PM at United Church of Benson, 2793 Stage Road, Benson, VT.

An estimated 38 percent of Americans are eligible to donate blood, but less than 10 percent actually donate each year. If you are healthy and eligible please come donate. Most donations take about an hour.

Please schedule an appointment at www.redcrossblood.org. If you schedule online you can also review the pre-donation information and complete the questionnaire before arriving at http://www.redcrossblood.org/RapidPass , the day of the drive. Walk-in donations are always welcome too. You can also volunteer for a two-hour shift registering donors as they arrive or to serve snacks to blood donors. No experience is necessary!
