Celebrate the Independance Day week with the South Royalton Town Band. On Wednesday July 4th starting at 10 AM you can catch the South Royalton Town Band in the Independence Day Parade in Randolph, VT. Then on Thursday, July 5th at 7 PM the band presents a full concert at the Richard W. Ellis Band Stand located on the Green in South Royalton (in the event of rain, the concert will be held in the South Royalton/White River Valley School Gymnasium located on South Windsor Street), and on Friday, July 6th, the band will perform at the Woodstock Historical Society at 7 PM.

The band wraps up the Independence Day Celebration with a concert on Tuesday, July 10th at 6 PM, on the lawn, at Gifford Medical Center in Randolph VT.

On Thursday, July 12th at 7 PM the band returns to its regular schedule with a concert at the Richard W. Ellis Band Stand located on the Green in South Royalton (in the event of rain, the concert will be held in the South Royalton/White River Valley School Gymnasium located on South Windsor Street).

Music selections include marches, show tunes, popular compositions, Dixie land, jazz, and other genres as well as showcasing pieces that feature the flute, piccolo, trombone and more. Guest musicians are always welcome.
